Who We Are

Entrepreneurial Minds Academy (EMA) is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit private K–12 institution designed to deliver measurable improvements in workforce readiness, financial literacy, entrepreneurship competency, and applied life skills through experiential education.

We will be located in downtown Milford, Delaware integrating academic instruction with real-world application through a purpose-built 3-story campus and a complementary 10-acre agricultural site in Lincoln, DE.

EMA addresses critical gaps in traditional K–12 education, including:

• Limited exposure to entrepreneurship and small business development
• Minimal hands-on financial literacy training
• Reduced practical life skill instruction
• Limited applied workforce preparation
• Decreasing student engagement in passive learning environments

Organizational Governance

EMA operates under a nonprofit governance model with a Board of Directors and an Executive Director experienced in entrepreneurship, agriculture, and experiential education.

All surpluses are reinvested into:

• Program enhancement
• Travel access
• Tuition assistance
• Facility and infrastructure support
